Our Team and Goal to Serve You

Our Naturopath team consists of: Jerry Christner, ND, Kevin Diener, ND, Joe Miller, ND, Kayla Stoltzfus, and Mark Byler, ND. Along with our naturopaths we have our Medical Director Dr Cal Streeter, our Nurse Practitioner, Nadia Kidun, FNP, and Herbalist Melissa Sherman. Joe Miller, ND will be the main contact and support for our online members. If the membership grows beyond what he can handle we will keep adding more ND's to serve everyone well.

Our Goal with this online membership: Due to our in person office appointments typically being booked out over 6 months and are unable to serve all the people that need help, we started this online membership in hopes to help more people. One of the hardest thing for us to do is turn people away that need help just because our schedule is full. We also have 5 more naturopath graduating in the next 3 years in hope to be able to help more people whether online or in person. Those that know us, know our number one goal is to help people. Yes we are in business and need to make a living but that is secondary to loving people. Our greatest reward is the success stories and lives changed! We are believers in salvation of Jesus Christ and look forward to eternity in Heaven with Him. In this life, how much we love people is the only thing that truly counts.

With our many years of experience and listening to 10s of thousands of clients and their health story, not to sound smart but, we could almost help people in our sleep. For the majority of our client we could help them just be listening to their story without even seeing them in person or run any tests. The naturopath belief is, "if you understand symptom mythology and how the body works, by listening to the body it will tell you what is wrong." So with the extensive health questionnaire we put together on this online membership, we feel we can figure out and help 80% of the people without seeing them in person. If after listen to your story and the Naturopath feels you are part of the other 20% that need to be seen in person to help you, by become a online member, we will give you first priority to our office schedule by moving you in front of 100+ people on the waitlist.

Health Tests

Gain deeper insight into your health with the help of functional lab testing. When you join our online membership, your assigned Naturopath can recommend and order lab tests tailored to your unique needs.

Testing may include any standard Medical Blood test, Dutch hormone test, Food Allergies tests, GI Stool sample test to determine fungus/yeast/parasite/leaky gut, DNA Genetics, Heavy Metal Tests etc... depending on your symptoms and health goals. These tests help uncover root causes and allow us to personalize your health plan with greater precision. We can get virtually any test available on the market if we see you need something unique. We can also set you up for a consultation with our nurse practitioner is you are needed a prescription required scan such as a MRI, CAT, etc. (The lab cost for these test or a phone consultation with the Nurse Practitioner is not include in the membership. The membership just opens the door that we can offer these test to you. If you want prices on these tests before you sign up for a membership send us a email to "Membership question.")

Once your Naturopath determines the appropriate tests, they will send you a secure link to order the specimen collection kits. Most tests can be done from home or at a local lab.

After you submit your health questionnaire, the naturopath will help you customize a complete diet, lifestyle, and supplement program to address your needs. We teach you exactly what to do to get well. We only make suggestions—we do not write prescriptions. As stated in the membership terms, you take responsibility for your own health choices, including whether to apply or refuse any recommendations.

Yes. With our years of experience and the extensive health questionnaire in the portal, we can understand your needs without a lot of testing or physical contact. The Naturopath motto is, "If you listen to the body it will tell you what it needs." For over 85% of clients, just by listening to their story we already know the main issue before any in-house testing. Testing confirms what we already know and helps the client understand.

If a naturopath determines a physical visit is needed, online members "Skip the Line" for cancellations. Physical appointments are booked 6+ months out with a 100+ waiting list. Note: prioritization is determined by the naturopath, not by member preference.

Programs vary widely because health needs vary. Our motto is to use the least amount of supplements possible to get the most done. We focus on the biggest, most crucial issues first; once those are addressed, the body often heals smaller issues on its own. You do not need a supplement for every little thing.

No. Naturopaths do not diagnose diseases. They are not licensed doctors and cannot legally diagnose—and they do not need a disease name to teach you how to get well. The questionnaire helps identify which organs and systems are not functioning optimally and whether the cause is toxicity or nutrient deficiency. We help you remove obstructions (toxins) and provide nutrients so the body can heal itself and symptoms can resolve.

No. We do not treat symptoms. We look for bottom-line causes. Once the underlying cause is corrected, symptoms typically resolve on their own.

We understand medications and drug interactions and will not suggest herbs that conflict with your prescriptions. Naturopaths are not licensed doctors and will never advise you to stop medication without your doctor's guidance. Stay in close contact with your doctor—your need for medication may decrease as your health improves (for example, blood pressure or blood sugar). If your doctor is unwilling to work with you, you may need to find a new doctor or avoid starting a program. We also have a nurse practitioner on staff if you need help managing medication. Phone consultations with the Nurse Practitioner is not not included in your membership. Her consultation fee per hour is $150 for new clients and $80 for Re-checks.
